Dolphin Cottage

This Grade II listed cottage had been extended and altered over the years and a number of ancillary buildings had been built alongside it.

The requirement was to improve the layout of the cottage, refurbish it and add a small extension. Plus remove the unsympathetic adjacent buildings and replace them with a contemporary artists studio.
